Working with a mentor is an opportunity to increase your industry knowledge, skills, and confidence. To make the most of your mentorship, your role is to ask questions, listen, and communicate openly and honestly. You'll be asked to sign an agreement which outlines your responsibilities to ensure a respectful, productive mentorship.
